The Company Motorservis Švec s.r.o.. compile personal data of subjects registrated on www.motorservis.cz as all information from forms for indefinite period. Registrated subjects acknowledge  their information be disclosed, corrected or deleted or refuses utilization or provision of the said information, the Company shall respond in good faith respecting the rights of the individual pertaining to the personal information.

The Company Motorservis Švec s.r.o. as Provider of www.motorservis.cz  in its handling of personal information, shall comply with laws and codes applicable to the protection of personal information by course of law No.101/2000 about personal data security. Moreover, the Company shall adapt its personal information management rules to comply with these laws and codes.

Invention Group, the creator of web pages Kanec.cz hereby declares that these pages provide the greatest accessibility to its contents and functionality and that is according to the majority of known web design methods. It meets all the important provisions of accessibility according to the Blind Friendly Web methods (the United Organization of the Vision Impaired and the Blind Project) as well as WCAG 1.0.

All text is defined in relative units and can be simply magnified and reduced in size by means of standard tools and Internet browsers. The set-up and page controls are designed in such a way, where they are accessible by alternate browsers, as well as by persons with specific needs.
